Aws Mesfer Alharthi

CEO

Founder/Director of Waqar Al-Mashura Law Firm and Legal Consultations...a licensed lawyer and legal researcher. I obtained a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law at King Abdulaziz University in the field of systems with a grade of 4.94 with an excellent grade with first class honors. I also obtained a master’s degree in the specialty of private law with a grade of 4.97 with an excellent grade with First class honors from the Faculty of Law at King Abdulaziz University, I have extensive practical experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing memorandums and legal regulations, in addition to pleading before courts of all levels. I have full knowledge of the applicable legal systems and their updates, and I particularly focus on civil and commercial transaction systems, especially labor laws and regulations. I have specialized experience in corporate, labor, and worker issues and consultations, and I am distinguished by strong abilities in legal research, analysis, and managing legal discussions within work teams.

Lama Al-Shehri

Legal specialist

Legal specialist / holds a bachelor’s degree from King Abdulaziz University in systems specialization with an excellent grade with first class honors. She also completed the Saudi Professional Accreditation Program for Jurists provided by the Saudi Bar Association. I have experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal memorandums, and managing cases at all stages through the Najez and Maeen platforms, in addition to the practical experiences I have gained in carrying out, following up and dealing with all administrative tasks. I participated in several specialized legal training courses in addition to my participation in many conferences, seminars and workshops related to the fields of law and administration.
